2012 Coors Western Art Exhibit & Sale recap

Robert's Wall

Robert sent 5 paintings to the Coors show and 4 sold at the silent auction. (see empty spaces above!)  Richmond Barn and Tin Roof  were the most popular.  (see bid sheets below!)

Robert thought it was really cool to have his work hanging next to the work of Dean Mitchell*.  In Robert’s opinion artist Dean Mitchell is the man (or at least one of the men) in the world of watercolor painters.  Thanks to Rose Frederick for curating such a fabulous show and special thanks to our friend Jeff Ware (Mr. Awesome) for contributing photos and info.

*In the photo “Robert’s Wall” Dean Mitchell’s paintings are the three hanging to the right.
